Reset the Password of an User who has left the company.
Adminstrators can reset another users password as follows:
Adim>>User>User Name>> Set the ex-User's email address to a curretnly accessible email account.
Log out of your account. On the log in screen use the Forgot Your Password" feature.
Enter the ex-User's username and click Submit. A new password will be sent to the email address you entered.
A user is locked out, what should I do?
A User may unintentionally lock them self out of the system by entering an incorrect password more than four times.
An administrator may reinstate a User’s access privileges by unchecking the box at Admin>>Users>>LockedOut
If the user is still not able to access the system they should request the system to generate a new password by
submitting the Password Request form on the Login page.
